The moment you arrived Pentahotel Vienna had the wow factor. The hotel is a stunning, boutique hotel. Everything with this hotel has been designed precisely to the art of detail. Staff extremely welcoming, especially Toby and Lucas who make sure you have everything you need during your stay! So impressed with this hotel that my girlfriend and I are going to be visiting the 'Pentahotel' in Reading uk after Toby informed us of there chain in uk. Food was fabulous and reasonably priced for quality and the size of portions! Was gutted to leave, 3nights was our stay but quite easily stayed for another week - for myself felt like home from home! Definatley the most beautiful, boutique, warm welcoming hotel I have stayed in during my city breaks in Europe. I cannot praise this hotel enough....do not hesitate booking this hotel...BOOK It :)

- The design of the Hotel is unique, rooms are clean and spacious enough snd location is excellent.
- The rooms do not have fridge and a safety locker which was disappointing, personnel seemed to be understaffed and unattentive. Ordering food was a let down: waited for no less than one hour before food was served, the order came out all wrong and the manager did not offer any discount for the disappointment.

Superb design and amazing rooms
Staff -- had to wait 30 minutes for a bottle of water delivered to our room (and we paid the 3 euro fee for "roomservice", nonetheless), and about 2 hours for a small shower gel bottle.

The restaurant here was nice at the lobby, we both ordered hot dishes. Its location only a short distance to Bezirksmuseum Margareten was excellent. It took us 20 minutes' walk to reach downtown, and the staff were extremely gracious.
The staff was exceptionally busy.

The location is marvellous and easy, 2 km from the Kunsthistorisches Museum. It's based in a safe area close to Margareten, an upscale residential neighborhood. - the hotel is near the Wien Hauptbahnhof train station, Naschmarkt, and local restaurants.

The location was great, the hotel was extremely stylish and had a really nice atmosphere. Amazing value for money.
I have one huge criticism I don't understand how this can possibly be a 4 star hotel and charge for Internet this is the 21st century and Internet connection when your traveling is a must.

Excellent staff, nice communication, friendly environment. The hotel looks modern in design. Its close to the underground station pilgramgasse, so transportation is not a problem. However the breakfast is a bit expensive. Overall I can only recommend this hotel.
